This wine is a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from a special selection of premium parcels from our elevated cool climate vineyards in Australia. Open wooden vat fermentation and French barrel maturation for 12 months prior to aromas of red and black berry fruits, spicy white pepper, cedar notes and integrated smooth vanilla oak flavor that last a very long time on the palate. Although this wine drinks well known now, will improve with further bottle aging for next 10 years.
